Common questions

The app says it needs my audience numbers

Pricing a deal depends on your reach and engagement, so the app needs at least one platform on your profile before it can quote anything. Go to Settings, then Your audience, and add a platform with your handle, follower count and engagement rate. You can add several and update them any time.

Where do I find my engagement rate?

Take the average likes plus comments on your recent posts, divide by your follower count, and multiply by 100. Most creators land between 1% and 6%. An approximate figure is fine — the estimate moves with it, so keep it honest rather than flattering.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Fair Share AI, then Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I paid but the app still shows the free plan

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. If that does not fix it within a minute or two, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, then Delete account. It removes your profile, audience figures, deals and negotiation history permanently and immediately. It does not cancel a paid subscription — do that with Apple first, or you will keep being billed.

Is the price the app gives me guaranteed?

No. It is an informed estimate built from your audience figures and market rates, meant as a starting point for the negotiation. Brands, timing and usage rights all move the real number.

Can I use the rate calculator without the app?

Yes — the calculator on our home page is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser. It uses the same pricing math as the app. What the app adds is the drafted reply, deal tracking, and the negotiation history.
