Privacy Policy

Fair Share AI helps creators and college athletes work out what a brand sponsorship is worth and reply to it. This policy explains exactly what the app stores, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
Only what the app needs to do its job. All of it is information you type in yourself — we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
- Account — your email address and a password, or an Apple ID if you sign in with Apple. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; nobody at Fair Share AI can read your password.
- Creator profile — your display name, your niche, and, if you tell us, whether you are a college athlete along with your sport and school.
- Audience figures — for each platform you add, the handle, follower count and engagement rate you enter. These drive every price the app calculates, which is the only reason we ask for them.
- Deals — the brand name, platform, content type, deliverables, deadline, expected views, and any offer amounts you record, plus the negotiation history for each deal.
- Subscription status — which plan you are on and whether it is active.
What we do not collect
- We do not connect to your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other social account, and we cannot see your posts, messages or analytics.
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not show ads.
- We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Apple.
How your information is used
To calculate what a deal is worth, to draft your replies, to show your negotiation history, and to keep your account working. That is the entire list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else touches your data
- Render hosts the servers and database. Your data is stored there, encrypted in transit.
- Apple processes subscription payments and tells us whether your subscription is active. Apple does not give us your payment details.
- RevenueCat verifies purchases with Apple on our behalf and passes us the result. It receives an anonymous account identifier, not your name or email.
- Anthropic — if the optional AI wording feature is turned on, the details of the specific deal being analysed are sent to Anthropic's API to phrase the explanation. It is not used to train models. This feature is off unless stated otherwise in the app.
Each of these processes data only to provide their service to us. None of them may use it for their own purposes.
The rate calculator on this website
The free calculator on our home page runs entirely inside your browser. The figures you type into it are never sent to our servers, are not stored, and are gone when you close the tab.
Keeping it
Your data stays while your account exists. Delete your account in the app under Settings, and your profile, audience figures, deals and negotiation history are permanently deleted with it. There is no waiting period and no recovery — so export anything you want to keep first.
Your rights
You can view and correct everything we hold from inside the app, and delete all of it at any time from Settings. If you would rather have a copy of your data sent to you, or you want it deleted and cannot reach the app, email support@fairshareai.net and we will handle it within 30 days.
Children
Fair Share AI is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
