Most creators find out they were underpaid after they've already said yes.
Put in your real numbers and get the rate a brand should be paying for that post — the same math the Fair Share AI app runs. If they've already made you an offer, you'll also get the sentence to send back.

Your rate for this post
Reasonable range $310 – $490
This is an informed estimate built from published creator-economy benchmarks and your own figures — a starting point for a negotiation, not a guarantee. Real rates move with the brand, the timing and the usage rights.
How it works
The number is the easy part. Knowing what to say is what costs people money.
A brand emails an offer. You don't know if it's fair, you don't want to seem difficult, and you have about a day to answer. Fair Share AI handles all three.
STEP 1
Add your audience once
Handle, follower count and engagement rate for each platform you post on. That's the whole setup — the app never connects to your accounts and can't see your posts or DMs.
STEP 2
Log the offer
Brand, deliverables, deadline, and what they're paying. The app prices it against your reach, your engagement and your niche, and tells you how far under fair value the offer sits.
STEP 3
Send the reply it writes
You get a drafted response with a specific number, the reasoning to back it up, and a floor you shouldn't go below. Read it, adjust the tone, send it.

Built for the part of creating nobody teaches you
A price with its reasoning attached
Every estimate shows the math — base rate, your engagement multiplier, your niche. You can defend the number because you can see where it came from.
Counter-offers you can actually send
Not "negotiate confidently!" — the literal sentence, with your number in it, and a fallback position for when they push back.
Every deal in one place
Offers, deadlines, deliverables and the full back-and-forth per brand, so you're not scrolling three inboxes to remember what you agreed to.
Rates that learn from real deals
As creators close deals in the app, the benchmarks shift toward what's actually being paid in your niche — not a rate-card PDF frozen in 2021.
NIL pricing for college athletes
Athlete deals price differently from lifestyle content. Tell the app your sport and school and it accounts for it.
Nothing is taken off the top
Fair Share isn't an agency and takes no commission. It's a flat subscription, and whatever you negotiate is entirely yours.

Questions creators actually ask
What should I be charging?
How much should I charge for a sponsored TikTok?
The common rule of thumb is roughly $15 per 1,000 followers for a TikTok video, adjusted up or down by your engagement rate and your niche. A creator with 25,000 followers at average engagement lands near $375–$400 for a single in-feed video. Below about 10,000 followers, brands often pay in product instead of cash — you can and should ask for cash.
How much should I charge for an Instagram Reel?
Reels price higher than static feed posts — around $14 per 1,000 followers versus $10 for a post, and about $5 for a Story. Instagram's average engagement rate sits near 2%, so if yours is meaningfully above that, your rate should be above the baseline too. Bundles (Reel + Story + feed post) are typically priced around $25 per 1,000 rather than the sum of the parts.
What counts as a good engagement rate?
It depends entirely on the platform. TikTok averages around 5%, YouTube around 3%, Instagram around 2%, and Facebook closer to 1%. Comparing your Instagram rate to a friend's TikTok rate tells you nothing. Work yours out by taking average likes plus comments on recent posts, dividing by follower count, and multiplying by 100.
A brand offered me $500 — is that good?
Only your own numbers can answer that. $500 is generous for 10,000 TikTok followers and low for 60,000. Run it through the calculator above: if the offer is within about 30% of your fair rate, a polite counter usually lands. If it's more than 30% under, that's typically an opening bid rather than a serious number, and holding firm is reasonable.
Will I lose the deal if I negotiate?
Brands expect a counter — the first number is rarely the budget ceiling, and marketers negotiate rates every day as a normal part of their job. What loses deals is going silent, moving the goalposts after agreeing, or countering with no reasoning. A specific number backed by your engagement figures reads as professional, not difficult.
What should I get in writing before I post?
Four things, every time: exact deliverables, the usage rights the brand is buying (whether they can run your content as a paid ad, and for how long), the payment terms and date, and the exclusivity window if there is one. Usage rights are where creators lose the most money without realizing — a brand running your video as an ad for six months is worth far more than a single organic post.
Does Fair Share AI take a cut of my deals?
No. It's a flat monthly subscription with no commission, no escrow and no agency relationship. The app isn't a party to anything you agree with a brand — it prices the deal and drafts your reply, and the negotiation stays yours.
